What we install
Every system starts the same way: the slab is inspected, mechanically prepared, and repaired before anything is applied. What changes is the finish and the build of the coating on top.

Built to be seen.
Made to be used.
Garages, shops, and commercial floors. A floor has to look right with cars, tools, and daily use on it — not just on the day it is finished.

See all of our workBefore & after
See what proper preparation and coating can do.
Before
Bare slab: open pores, staining, and a crack that would telegraph through a coating applied straight over it.
After
Ground to open the surface, crack repaired, then coated with a flake broadcast and a clear protective topcoat.
How we install
A great floor starts before the coating goes down.
An attractive finish means very little if the coating is not bonded to the concrete. Every Everfield floor is inspected, mechanically ground, and repaired before anything is applied — the steps cheaper installs skip, and a common reason those floors fail early.
Why preparation matters- 01
Inspect
Slab, old coatings, cracks, moisture, and use.
- 02
Prepare
Mechanical grinding to a profile the coating can bond to.
- 03
Repair
Cracks and defects filled and ground flush.
- 04
Coat
Base coat and decorative build at the right thickness.
- 05
Finish
Protective topcoat, walkthrough, and care instructions.

Commercial floorsFAQ
Questions we hear before most jobs.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the floor, how much preparation and repair the slab needs, the coating system, and the temperature during the install. Your estimate will include the expected schedule for your project.
When can vehicles park on it?
Vehicles need the coating to reach a fuller cure than foot traffic does. The wait varies by system and temperature, and we confirm it for your floor at the end of the install. Parking too early is one of the most common causes of tire marks and lifting.
What is the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?
Both are coatings used in floor systems, and many systems use both. Epoxy is widely used as a base coat because it builds thickness and bonds well to prepared concrete, but it can amber with prolonged sun exposure. Polyaspartic coatings typically cure faster and resist UV yellowing, which makes them common as topcoats. We recommend the combination that fits your space.
Do you grind the concrete before coating it?
Yes. Mechanical preparation is part of every Everfield floor. Grinding removes the weak top layer, old sealers, and contamination, and opens the surface so the coating can bond. It is the step most often skipped on cheaper installs, and the most common reason those floors fail.
